iWebNation Online Solutions (Shell Services),hereafter referred to as "iWebNation.net" provides internet world wide web page hosting, shell accounts, bnc accounts, and POP3 email hosting services. iWebNation.net has certain legal and ethical responsibilities regarding the use of its computer network and equipment involved in these services.

iWebNation.net general policy is to act as a neutral provider of access to the global Internet. iWebNation.net reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customers access to any or all services provided by iWebNation.net when iWebNation.net decides that the account has been used inappropriately

Use of Our Servers Web sites and shell accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Customers are not permitted to resell, store, or give away web hosting services off of their web site to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.

Unsolicited commercial advertisements are not allowed in e-mail, and will likely result in account suspension or cancellation. Inappropriate posting(e.g. Commercial Emails) may result in account suspension or cancellation. Spamming, or sending a message to many different off-topic newsgroups, is particularly unethical and will be treated as such.

In the event of a termination of this Policy by iWebNation.net by reason of any abuse on the part of the user of any of the terms and conditions of this Policy, the user shall, in addition to the liability specified herein, be liable for and shall indemnify iWebNation.net against all costs, expenses or damages whatsoever incurred or suffered by iWebNation.net by reason of the said abuse by the user.

The user also shall pay iWebNation.net the charges due from the effective date of this Agreement to the effective date of the expiry of the period of subscription and forfeit any amount that has been paid for the Service.

In the event of a suspension due to abuse of the Service, iWebNation.net will suspend Service for a maximum of 1 calendar month. iWebNation.net is not liable to inform the user of the termination or suspension.

iWebNation.net offers a no-cost data transfer, which means you do not need to pay for the amount of bandwidth you had used. Nevertheless, in the event where excessive bandwidth are being used, which hereby would be judged by iWebNation.net, would caused the the account to be suspended for investigation.

All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Customers are responsible to ensure that all payments are made promptly. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment.

iWebNation.net reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due each anniversary month or period following the date the account was established. If 10 days have passed and payment has not been posted, the account will be suspended until further notice.

The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies iWebNation to request termination of services. All pricing and payments are in SGD unless otherwise stated.

iWebNation.net reserves the right to manage and control the access to computer systems and data stored in our system, as well as to edit/delete any any configuration files or binaries on the system in a manner deemed appropriate by us.

A) Participation in denial of service attacks from Our servers is strictly prohibited.

B) You are responsible for all denial of service attacks you may receive and must try their best to prevent such occurrences. If You are found to be receiving denial of service attacks frequently, the account may be suspended or canceled at the discretion of Us.

C) STRICTLY NO running of;
    1) File sending Bots/Eggdrops of any kind
    2) War/TakeOver Bots/Eggdrops
    3) Eggdrops that runs Trivial TCLs.
    4) FloodBots, Clones
    5) Exploits, pings and hacktools.
    6) EnergyMech
    7) BNC v2.4.6

D) Using any vanity hosts that are not listed in the "vhosts" list is strictly prohibited.

E) Eggdrop bots may only be run on servers that specifically allow them.

F) Resources are for all the users on the server, You are responsible for making sure that your processes are not running over our limit of 3%CPU usage. Any high-cpu usage processes found would be killed on sight.

G) We reserves the rights to edit/delete any binary and configuration files in your account that is against the policy stated in this Acceptable Usa Policy. This includes any high-cpu usage processes, illegal files, exploits or any sort of abusive files or logs etc.

F) Telnet and ssh is a privillage, users found using telnet or ssh to connect to their illegally obtained box, will have their account TERMINATED.

G) Users must not change any binary filename to another name for example, "eggdrop to test, psybnc to load"

H) In event that You load a Bouncer or Bouncer alike program on Our systems, You are to ensure that a 2 connection limit has been specifically set in the respective Bouncer configuration files and that the bouncer is only used by You and no one else whomsoever, please also note only one bouncer is allowed to be loaded per shell account.

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold iWebNation.net harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against iWebNation.net, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns.

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless iWebNation.net against liabilities arising out of;
  A) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with iWebNation.net's servers;
  B) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
  C) copyright infringement and
  D) any defective products sold to customer from iWebNation.net's servers.
